Director
Andrew has been a Director of Boston House since its incorporation in 1997 and brings over 30 years of tax and accountancy experience. A qualified ATT (Fellow) since 2011, he
combines strong technical expertise with a practical, hands on approach that supports both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Andrew is an active committee member at his local social club, where he also manages the club’s Xero accounting system. He enjoys getting outdoors and walking his Border Collie, Bracken.Director
Katherine has been part of Boston House for over 20 years and a director of the company for over 10 years, she knows the business—and its clients—inside out. She’s all about keeping things friendly, clear and down to earth.
Outside of work, Katherine loves to travel, try great food, and make music. She sings in a barbershop choir and performs in a quartet, which is her favourite way to unwind.

Sarah has been part of Boston House for over 10 years and is an AAT (Fellow) Accounting Technician. Friendly and thoughtful, she supports both the team and clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, live theatre, music, and spending time with family—and she’s a proud Nanna to five grandchildren.

Rachel has been part of the team for over 10 years as an AAT (Fellow) Accounting Technician. She’s all about keeping things running smoothly and making the numbers add up.
Outside work, Rachel loves getting lost in a good book, spending time with her family, and sewing her own clothes — her favourite creative outlet.

Mark has been in the business for over 8 years and is an AAT qualified Accounting Technician. At work he focuses on processing payrolls, completing VAT returns, and preparing year end accounts completing these with accuracy and care.
Outside of work Mark plays county badminton and enjoys supporting Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos.
